Welcome to a little bit of heaven!
It’s eleven o’clock on a Monday morning and I’m sitting in the square drinking coffee. The bells of the old tower echo softly around the square. The yellow brick of the ancient church walls creates a striking contrast against the mediterranean blue of the sky. The clear mountain air brings new life to my poor city lungs.
I have escaped once again to recharge my batteries.
Life in Begur moves to the beat of a different drum, slower and more measured time takes on new meaning.
